I’ve been here for several years, and overall it has been a positive experience. Tammie, the property manager, is extremely helpful and attentive. Nice place for the price in comparison to other places in the area.
WARNING!!! Renters insurance does not cover property damages caused by building disrepair. Regency Club is owned by group five and has the same and worst issues. I had property destroyed due to disrepair of building causing mold and water damage to furniture and clothing, careless maintenance man turned power of to my refrigerator during repairs that weren’t done properly and were not completed, ruining food and breast milk, this worker denied turning the power off at all, video footage was sent to management to confirm th... read more
Currently living at this residence, and beyond the worst apartment building, that I have ever lived at. Maintenance half fixes things, and things are always breaking and cheaply made. You pay $1100, and the kitchen in the apartments are so outdated, and my biggest pet peeve, is the constant and annoying smells of pet dandruff and marijuana smoke, coming out of my vents. I have only great things to say about Regency Club Apartments and their staff members. I've been here for almost 15 years and have been treated with the upmost respect by not only the staff members but the residents as well. I love my 2 bedroom Villa 😊 In my opinion these are some of the best apartments in at least a 5 mile radiance. Especially for the price! If you decide to move here make sure to go see Tammy, she's amazing and tell her I sent you 😉
This has definitely been the worst company i ever rented from. I moved in to mold inside of the dishwasher and broken closet doors. The hot shower knob also did not work and the entire 6 months i stayed they never fixed the issue. There is also a HUGE insect problem. its insane how they get away with things like this. Maintenance is filled with idiots and the staff is filled with liars, especially Kurt and Tammy.
