Shawn has always been helpful. Helped me a year ago, sign up. Then this year, they helped me with closing my unit out. Was so friendly and helpful. It was awesome in the time I was with this company, to always be greeted with a friendly and familiar face. Thank you for your time guys.
I couldn't be happier with Regency. Safety is my top priority, and their cameras, gated entry, and bright lighting gave me complete peace of mind. Top-notch customer service!
I was in an emergency type situation when I had to break down & put everything i own into storage. I want to thank Shawn so much, not only great customer service but truly kind person 🤗 . They have great security & the units are very clean & affordable. If I ever have to use a store again, Regency is the place!
Amazing people, always friendly and helpful. Safe facility...I never worried about my stuff in storage.
Anne is kind. Someone is always available to answer the phone which is nice. My only complaint would be when I first got the storage the unit I had been assigned wasn’t vacant. On the upside a simple call straightened things out allowing me to find a vacant unit. No lock was provided unfortunately. Another day the gate wasn’t functional but I simple call straightened things out. Overall a good storage facility and friendly staff.
