I appreciated the many reminders for my appointment and I found the check in process easy. I didn't feel the provider was a good match for what Im looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to use the site again.
I’m giving 3 stars based on my overall experience, which left me feeling overlooked as a patient. 1. During every call with the doctor, I was repeatedly put on hold with a quick “just a moment,” only to be left waiting while the doctor attended to other matters. This made it difficult to feel heard or cared for. 2. The doctor forgot to send the pre-authorization for my medication, which delayed my treatment unnecessarily. 3.
