Dre was awesome, he took the time to come and deliver my chair on a Saturday. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Dre answered all our questions.
De Andre’ was very professional and explained how to use the rehab chair. We appreciate his professionalism, promptness, and communication.
I think this company is a Medicare rip off. Supposedly fitted my dad for a custom wheelchair. Looking at it you could tell it wouldn't fit. Looked like it was made for a child. Sat in it and was so uncomfortable. Seat was too short and back too upright. You couldn't reach the front wheels, they were too small. My mom couldn't push the chair the handles were too high. Never followed up to fix.
Mr. Dre was super nice. He Tracy everything and had awesome patient with her Thank you Mr.Dre.
