Brianna called to set up my delivery date and I had a couple of questions. She was the wrong department but told me who to call but then called back on her own time to give me information about a group that might be able to help me with a wheelchair ramp. I was happily astounded and impressed with her thoughtfulness.
The chair is wonderful when it works. Communication with service is a nightmare. My husband is currently trapped in his chair in an elevated position with the tilt back on. This is our second chair in 7 months ( this one was delivered 3 days ago) that has malfunctioned. We need a service technician here immediately and we are experiencing resistance getting help. Jonah, was "FANTASTIC"! He helped the whole way through, communicated very well, updated me on all, very nice, and did all he could to make sure my Uncle received his electric wheelchair. For that, I am so thankful for all your hard work to get this accomplished. Thank you, Jonah!! You're the BEST!!
Sales person came out and measured patient for new chair. She then did all the insurance paperwork and ordered the best chair to meet patient’s needs. When chair was ready, tech delivered the assembled electric wheelchair and showed us how to use it and how to take care of it. Everyone was kind and showed up when they said they would. Great customer service. Great chair.
This terrible company has sent technicians with wrong parts. More than 6 times. I've said this a thousand times. Nobody wants to take responsibility so this is what you end up with. A joke of a company with employees who could not care less. How hard would it be to say, "I'm servicing wheelchair model A, so the parts I have need to match wheelchair model A and the parts need to correct the issue the customer is request help with."
