Sales person came out and measured patient for new chair. She then did all the insurance paperwork and ordered the best chair to meet patient’s needs. When chair was ready, tech delivered the assembled electric wheelchair and showed us how to use it and how to take care of it. Everyone was kind and showed up when they said they would. Great customer service. Great chair.
Rehab Medical is THE place if you need to get a Power Wheelchair. They are very diligent about getting the right chair that will be everything you need. Also, they will make any adjustments or changes you need so you are comfortable and happy in your chair. They have a customer for life here!
My experience with Rehab Medical was so good, really it was great. They were with me from start to finish and they dealt with my insurance company. I didn't have to do anything.
My experience w them was a typical all about the money DME provider. They misinformed me of my copay when I said to order it then expected me to pay 4x what they quoted me. The chair wasn't right, were calling me daily for my portion if the bill before I even had the chair, but soon as I got the chair stipped calling and then all of a sudden a final notice bill came saying we will send u to collections (I never had a paper bill prior). After my experience, I had on October 11 (10 am appointment) with Joseph, the technician that came out to my apartment, to replace the motors and drive wheels. I am very dissatisfied with Rehab Medical. First, he did not have the proper socket and ratchet needed to remove the wheels, asking me if I had any tools he could use. He had to go to Harbor Frieght to buy a socket and ratchet when he got back he managed to take left side wheel off after messing with it a bit longer he stated he had to leave to complete his other app... read more
