I used them for my special needs children wheelchairs because they were the only ones taking superior near me at the time and I don't reccomend. Once they get your order in they don't respond to calls or texts always tell you they will find out and not get back to you. Measurements are way off despite measuring each one. Not informative when ordering and will charge you for things and not explain that they cost of the items. I met Reese H. He was polite and courteous. He knew every aspect of arranging the specifics for a custom wheelchair. The appt. was short and easy to understand. Reese is terrific. Rehab Medical other staff members were also considerate. This is my custom wheelchair home.

I would like to thank the service and sales department for helping my wife with her new power chair. While it came designed for her there needed to be certain adjustments to be made that when accomplished made owning this power chair a pleasure. My child needed a non-motorized custom wheelchair owing to increasing difficulties with mobility following a severe and relentless case of juvenile arthritis. Since he didn’t need to use it exclusively, I had doubts about whether it would be approved at all; at the very least, I’d been cautioned by other parents to expect an exhausting 2-year long odyssey.
