have had a wheelchair on order for 4 months they finally said it would be here last week then on turs called and said it was back ordered and they have no idea when it will be in, its ridiculous! I asked if they could call the company that is sending the wheelchair and get a delivery date, I was told they did not do that what a crock, wished I has gone with another company but insurance already approved for them customer service sucks

Terrible company and experience with these people. Again and Again they keep sending the wrong parts for my dad's wheelchair. Haven't been able to use since ordered June 2024!

If I could give this company -100 stars I would. ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer care, ordering, service, call backs, trying to get any sort of updates, etc. It has been 108 DAYS (Feb 4th, 2023) since I contacted them about a scooter and I am still in the dark as to what / if something has been ordered, as well as when something will be here. 108 DAYS!
