The tech who came to inspect my seat, cushion, was the same Person that came out and personally adjusted the chair to my Personal preferences when I purchased it. And I was very pleased to see her again. Not only is she one of the most polite and likable people you might ever care to meet. She also goes far out of her way to do everything she can to make you comfortable and fix your problem and usually gives you a backup plan for the future If the same as you arose again. These people refuse to fix my power chair now I find out they gave me a chair that the serial numbers do not match ! I have verified through quantum also turned everything over to attorney general please do not trust this company
