I recommend rehab medical of Columbus. The staff there is amazing. The tech is amazing. The tech listens to you. His name is bill leisure, and the people I talked to one is named cecy. And I talked to Cary i've called up set, they have called me down. They have helped me with everything. I needed, they are very respectful. Nothing but praise for these people. This lady was an absolute angel. She worked and worked on my husband’s wheelchair until it was perfect and all our concerns were fixed. She made sure the chair was comfortable for Neal and that it would fit through the two doorways when leaving the house. Kristen was polite, understanding, and very patient in dealing with our issues. Bill was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in delivering our electric wheel chair. He took the time we needed to feel comfortable with how the chair works, how to break it down if you need to transport it and how the charging system works—educating us on the logistics of this chair. Every person that I dealt with through the time of ordering till the time I got my chair delivered was absolutely wonderful. I just had a repair man for my wheelchair Come out to adjust some things. His name was Kirk Jensen and he was amazing.
