Every person that I dealt with through the time of ordering till the time I got my chair delivered was absolutely wonderful. I just had a repair man for my wheelchair Come out to adjust some things. His name was Kirk Jensen and he was amazing. now I have received an electric wheelchair and everyone was very nice and helpful throughout this process. Kristin came and did the repair needed to my so fast. She was professional and even asked if anything needed to be fixed and asked me how I was liking the chair. 10 out of 10 I recommend her to be the one who goes out on calls all the time
Bill delivered and showed me and demonstrated so many techniques to the new Wheelchair. I didn’t know that Wheelchair did all that. I guess it’s the new technology take a Wheel off if you need more room to get it in a car or wherever just slide right off I could do that myself. Of course I probably wouldn’t do that lol he is a nice person and he does a good job on whatever he’s doing. It’s nice to the clients. I guess I guess I’m a client but yes, he did a real good job. Kristen was absolutely amazing. She jumped in and helped across multiple areas without missing a beat, and her support made everything so much easier. She’s incredibly bright, quick to understand what’s needed, and always brings a positive, capable energy to every task. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing things well. I’m extremely grateful for her help she’s the kind of person who makes a real difference.
This lady was an absolute angel. She worked and worked on my husband’s wheelchair until it was perfect and all our concerns were fixed. She made sure the chair was comfortable for Neal and that it would fit through the two doorways when leaving the house. Kristen was polite, understanding, and very patient in dealing with our issues. We are very satisfied with the wheelchair at this time. THANKS, Kristen!
