Larry was very polite and informative. Contacted us with a call ten minutes prior to arrival. Made my mother feel like she was important and cared for. Took the time and explained as well as demonstrated all the operations of the motorized chair. Went over everything step by step and made sure all the instructions were understood. The company in whole is easy to work with. Danell is great and Larry is a great tech with a great personality. The biggest and most important is that my dog loves him and enjoys it when he is here.
They are amazing!! My MG dystrophy hard to get around no matter the challenge they made sure that I was able to gain mobility and freedom back !!
