Friendly and knowledgeable personnel. It took a lot less time than I could have imagined to get my scooter.

The people are nice and the chair is nice, that’s why two stars and not one. The chair was for my father and I had so many issues in the beginning with a part falling off. We had to have 3 service calls. Part still occasionally falls off but the therapist at my dad’s assisted living helps put it back on for him when it happens. This particular part is a bad design and I hope the company learns from it and can improve it or don’t sell it to future customers
Provided a nice power chair. When being fitted I instructed it be under 300 pounds and all I request was smaller seat. I was told I needed this stuff on it. Don’t use!!!!!!!!! Big deal it does not fit in my van as I REQUIRED AND REQUESTED.. Now my transportation is limited. It’s been since October 2023. Survey is now showing up!!!!!!!! Too much money for my needs actually. Of course too late.
My chair is great. When I have a problem I put a call in and within a couple of days it’s fixed.
