Larry was very polite and informative. Contacted us with a call ten minutes prior to arrival. Made my mother feel like she was important and cared for. Took the time and explained as well as demonstrated all the operations of the motorized chair. Went over everything step by step and made sure all the instructions were understood. Everyone was simply fantastic from beginning to delivery. Larry who delivered my chair and explained how to use it was very helpful very nice and polite. I enjoyed him.
