Jason delivered my mom’s wheelchair. He treated my mom with respect and made sure she was safely seated and understood the controls before leaving. Their kindness and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation much easier for our family. We are truly grateful for the excellent service and care they provided. Highly recommend!
The delivery experience was excellent from start to finish. Jason arrived on time, was very courteous and conducted himself in highly professional manner troughout the entire process. Jason patiently answered all my questions. He also provided step by step demonstration on how to properly fold the wheelchair. Overall the service exceeded my expectations, and Jason's expertise and friendly approach made the entire experience smooth and stress free.
I am having a terrible time with this company. My request for my mother's foot rest repair was made several weeks ago. A few weeks ago I was told that everything was finally approved and ordered and someone will be coming out in a couple of days to do the repairs. Today (after waiting nearly 3.5 weeks) I am being told that they were still waiting for approval from the insurance company and I would have to call them.
