We use Rehab Medical for my mom's electric wheelchair. We just received another fantastic repair from Jason who is so thorough and thoughtful in his services to Mom's chair. He always puts himself in Mom's shoes as the rider of the chair and anticipates her needs. He speaks with her and makes sure he understands what she is requesting.These machines are complex and require expect technical support and that is what we always rece from Jason. Do not use this company. I was told by them that my manual wheelchair would be covered at 100%. After the wheelchair was ordered and billed; I received a bill in the mail for over $500. After calling a few times to talk to the billing department Insurance only covered 80%. If I had been aware of this; I would have told them to order a cheaper wheelchair. They were unable to give me a copy/ or any type of documentation stating the original 100% coverage to aid in disputing with the insurance. It is considered unreturnable now... read more

Jason came to replace the battery for the wheelchair . Very nice efficient gentleman. He did a wonderful job. Explained everything .
Jason, was Pleasant while working on my w/c, and thorough. Kenneth Wolgast. And Michael came put today to my residence and serviced my chair and made adjustment to my wheelchair. He spent A considerable amount of time on the phone with the manufacturer Speaking to three different sales reps to try to get them to answer one question To see if I could raise my seat base by a quarter of a inch.
