We use Rehab Medical for my mom's electric wheelchair. We just received another fantastic repair from Jason who is so thorough and thoughtful in his services to Mom's chair. He always puts himself in Mom's shoes as the rider of the chair and anticipates her needs. He speaks with her and makes sure he understands what she is requesting.These machines are complex and require expect technical support and that is what we always rece from Jason. I had Jason, for the person to come out to my house and adjust my wheelchair. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I would like for him to be the person who may assist me in the future should any problem arise. Rehab Medical is a company I would recommend.
Jason is awesome.. He gave us beyond step by step instructions... Made sure we understood how to operate each function properly And did not leave until we understood how to operate our new chair. Jason was also super nice, kind and patient
The overall experience was very smooth and pleasant. Jason came to our home with the electric wheelchair and set everything up, showed my husband how to operate the chair, explained how to keep battery charged and made sure we were able to safely operate the chair and disassemble for transportation. It was a great pleasure and experience working with Jason.
This company had handled both precision and patience. And I say “patience” because I’m not easy to get ahold of! But they really went the extra mile to help me get things done for my disabled mom. Jason, our technician, was so incredibly helpful and courteous to my elderly parents. I would recommend Rehab Medical to anyone in need!
