Jason helped us out today with a repair for my residents chair. He was awesome! Polite, friendly, and got the problem fixed quickly! Amazing job!
We use Rehab Medical for my mom's electric wheelchair. We just received another fantastic repair from Jason who is so thorough and thoughtful in his services to Mom's chair. He always puts himself in Mom's shoes as the rider of the chair and anticipates her needs. He speaks with her and makes sure he understands what she is requesting.These machines are complex and require expect technical support and that is what we always rece from Jason. This company had handled both precision and patience. And I say “patience” because I’m not easy to get ahold of! But they really went the extra mile to help me get things done for my disabled mom. Jason is awesome.. He gave us beyond step by step instructions... Made sure we understood how to operate each function properly And did not leave until we understood how to operate our new chair. Jason was also super nice, kind and patient
