The delivery experience was excellent from start to finish. Jason arrived on time, was very courteous and conducted himself in highly professional manner troughout the entire process. Jason patiently answered all my questions. He also provided step by step demonstration on how to properly fold the wheelchair. Overall the service exceeded my expectations, and Jason's expertise and friendly approach made the entire experience smooth and stress free.
Jason was very knowledgeable made all adjustments for the patient to comforting level. Answered questions and concerns. Explained how the patient should operate and optimize the power chair usage. Thank you Jason for a job well done.
