Jason is awesome.. He gave us beyond step by step instructions... Made sure we understood how to operate each function properly And did not leave until we understood how to operate our new chair. Jason was also super nice, kind and patient
The overall experience was very smooth and pleasant. Jason came to our home with the electric wheelchair and set everything up, showed my husband how to operate the chair, explained how to keep battery charged and made sure we were able to safely operate the chair and disassemble for transportation. It was a great pleasure and experience working with Jason.
Jason was an excellent technician. He Reviewed the chair's functions and answered any questions I had. He worked with me and my aide to make sure everything was perfect.
Jason was on time and very polite. He was patient and adjusted my chair to fit my needs. Kind and very informative, he didn't mind answering my many questions.
Jason was extremely helpful and professional with helping adjust and explaining to my mother in law how to operate her new electric chair. We are very happy, thank you!
