Shelly Hickam just finished repairing my chair. She was very sweet and kind, and did an amazing job! Shelly even diagnosed a couple other items on my chair that need to be updated, and is putting in the ticket to have the parts ordered and the work completed. She was incredible all the way around! This is Deborah McIntyre I am so happy to have my wheels back... new batteries are like getting new shoes they make you run faster and farther and the new seat is like new socks all warm and comfy .... Cameron Tunstill was an awesome guy he had the new seat on and batteries in quick . Shelly was great. She delivered my power chair, put the attachments on and showed me all the features and made sure I was comfortable manuvering around my home before she left. My dog also liked her and didn't bark while she was here and she normally barks at everyone 😂
Technician was on time and very personable. She gave a lot of information and made sure we understood all that she taught us. She gave us time for any questions that we may have had.
Shelley Hickman delivered electric wheelchair for Lloyd Brown and did an awesome job. She answered all our questions and explained everything to us about the chair. She deserves a raise, we would recommend her to anyone.
