Cameron and Devin came to service my family members wheelchair. They were kind, professional and accommodating to her needs. We would love to have them out again when her wheelchair is in need of service! Great job you two! We enjoyed your visit!
Rehab medical did an amazing job of helping me get my chair repaired. Scheduling was easy. Cameron was the service technician that quickly made the requested repairs. He also made adjustments to my chair that made it more comfortable. He was respectful and patiently answered all of my questions.
Bradley was here today. To replace an actuator on my wheelchair. Pretty cool watching how the wheelchair was disassembled and reassembled. Wheelchair is fixed. He deserves a raise. Does excellent work! Very professional!
Stephen was very accommodating to my schedule. He listened to our concerns about the damaged brake mechanisms on the wheelchair and ordered new parts for safety. We appreciated his attention to detail.
