Great place to get your mobility scooters and wheel chairs. Very helpful and friendly staff. They take the time to show you that your a person and not just a sale. On our most recent visit, Technician Stephen worked hard to ensure that we were as satisfied as possible with our power chair. Unfortunately, the cushion was the second defective one we were provided and we have to send it back. We hope the third one will work. Shelly Hickam just finished repairing my chair. She was very sweet and kind, and did an amazing job! Shelly even diagnosed a couple other items on my chair that need to be updated, and is putting in the ticket to have the parts ordered and the work completed. She was incredible all the way around! Shelly was great. She delivered my power chair, put the attachments on and showed me all the features and made sure I was comfortable manuvering around my home before she left. My dog also liked her and didn't bark while she was here and she normally barks at everyone 😂
