I called on a Friday and got service on Monday, tech new what he was doing replacing the parts of my chair excellent work and it didn't take long doing it i highly recommend rehab medical
New chair broke within one week. Tech ordered wrong part. New tech removed bad part took hardware and left mess on floor. New tech came with correct part but could not install no hardware from previous tech taking hardware. Should be covered by warranty but they billed insurance for bad part and hardware their tech took.
Great experience with this company. I was kept abreast of every detail from start to finish. All office staff and technicians were friendly and professional.

They are very pleasant and helpful to work with. They took care of everything after they received my Dr Order for New Power Chair…This is my second time using them!!! Highly Recommend!!!
