Medical rehab was very professional and they do listen well. Everything was delivered on a very timely base. Their technician when he brought the equipment was very thorough and showing you how to use it and his knowledge was very good about the equipment.
Electric wheelchair i received in oct 24 broke in jan 25 and repaired feb 25 was pleased with customer service and everyone in between and the repair guy was very polite and did fix the issue this is my second chair with this company and im happy with how they have taken care of me ..
I have Only had Rehab Medical come out 2 times to fix my chair and Appointments are made in a timely manner plus they are very friendly. This place ALWAYS returns my call. Never grumpy, Always listening to you!! I just want to say "Thank You"
I have very unique needs as I go through my journey with MS. Mark has always had a solution for any adjustment to my power chair that I needed. While making me feel completely comfortable and being so personable, kind, and patient (especially with my young kids). From the start before I had even gotten my chair the entire Rehab Medical team had completely taken care of me which was such a good feeling. Can't say enough good things to show my appreciation for their care!
My experience could not have been any better. Knowledgeable, friendly and chair is fantastic and is pretty too.
