My daughter's chair was delivered February 14 2023 and as of today we are still waiting for correct parts and hardware for it. The chair has been completely unusable this whole time. Wrong parts, no hardware, this company is very unorganized and I'm not sure they really know what they are doing. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else!
