I would have gave this company four or five stars but the delivery sucked the driver acted like he was in a big hurry didn't take any time didn't even bring the wheelchair in the house pushed it up the steps by rocking it back and forth scraped it up the concrete steps by using it like a dolly all because you didn't have a ramp. I offered a ramp and he says no I did this many a times I don't need a ramp my ramps broken and they won't fix it so this is how I got to do it

By far the worst wheel chair company i have ever had to deal with. Been waiting over 2 months on parts to repair a chair, for a power chair dependent person. This wait is after they ordered the wrong parts, because they were dismissive and disrespectful when trying to telling them what was needed. Was told over and over they were waiting for it to be approved by the insurance company. They have made sure that my chair was set up properly and even went so far as to not let me settle when they could tell the adjustment wasn’t quite right. I had called to ask about two parts and i forgot to follow up while i was on vacation, but I’ve been home 4 days and the servicing was already scheduled! I didn’t even have to do anything on my part for this to happen so it was really a blessing. Thank you!

Tyler Adam's was very helpful. He had to make a lot of adjustments on my new chair and was patient the entire time. The nicest person I've met in the company yet.

Charles brought my scooter and was exceptional. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated everything about the scooter. He was very personable and professional.
