Wonderful service. They set everything up for my mother with her new wheelchair, and walked her through everything. The technician, Tyler Adams, was great. He was extremely polite and professional. He answered all of our questions, and made sure that everything on mom’s wheelchair was adjusted perfectly for her. Dan, the guy that got her measurements for the chair was wonderful as well. Excellent customer service and very easy to work with. The reason they didn't get a 5 star review is because the person who delivered my chair was very rude, didn't want to use their portable ramp to get the chair in the house after we had only one day notice of delivery. He also ran through how the chair operated so fast and didn't make sure I knew how to operate it completely. He seemed like he was ready to be gone from my house and didn't want to do his job.
Every time I get a new chair from them they make sure it's comfortable for me and that I know the ins and outs of them before they leave.
Everthing was done in a short time. With so many things that are going badly in my retiring years, I am very happy with this equipment. When I st And too long it is a pleasant relief to have my mobilelize chair. My chair was delivered by a young man who assisted me. He was kind and very patient. Thank you for being such a concern for my safety. Sorry, I am just responding, and I have not had any accidents or collisions. Happy holidays to all of you and your families. God bless you all.
I have a chair from them that is not working correctly for over 2 n 1/2 months. Everytime I call Im told someone will call me back, never recieved calls. 1st told parts where not ordered, now told parts on back order..horrible service, customer service
