We've had a few problems with my son's new power wheelchair and the repair techs are always very pleasant, competent, and personable. They are also very knowledgeable in their fields. We've had the pleasure of having Charles Cornelius and Tyler Adams coming to our home to do repairs and hopefully if we have any more issues, these are the guys we'd like to have make the repairs in the future.
I would have gave this company four or five stars but the delivery sucked the driver acted like he was in a big hurry didn't take any time didn't even bring the wheelchair in the house pushed it up the steps by rocking it back and forth scraped it up the concrete steps by using it like a dolly all because you didn't have a ramp. I offered a ramp and he says no I did this many a times I don't need a ramp my ramps broken and they won't fix it so this is how I got to do it
Tyler Adams has come out to work on my wife's power chair. They added a head control and he came out and put it on with ease. He spent lots of time making sure it was setup correctly and even made adjustments to specifically fit her. Highly recommend Rehab medical and Tyler Adams is an awesome tech.
