They have made sure that my chair was set up properly and even went so far as to not let me settle when they could tell the adjustment wasn’t quite right. I had called to ask about two parts and i forgot to follow up while i was on vacation, but I’ve been home 4 days and the servicing was already scheduled! I didn’t even have to do anything on my part for this to happen so it was really a blessing. Thank you!
Wonderful service. They set everything up for my mother with her new wheelchair, and walked her through everything. The technician, Tyler Adams, was great. He was extremely polite and professional. He answered all of our questions, and made sure that everything on mom’s wheelchair was adjusted perfectly for her. Dan, the guy that got her measurements for the chair was wonderful as well. Excellent customer service and very easy to work with. The reason they didn't get a 5 star review is because the person who delivered my chair was very rude, didn't want to use their portable ramp to get the chair in the house after we had only one day notice of delivery. He also ran through how the chair operated so fast and didn't make sure I knew how to operate it completely. He seemed like he was ready to be gone from my house and didn't want to do his job.
From call for repair to done was not long at all. They were friendly and professional. The repair man knew exactly what he was doing, and did it swiftly. He, also, was very polite and friendly.
From the day of my appointment to delivery took less than two months. The entire team was very compassionate, understanding, and communicate communicated through throughout the entire way.
