Wonderful service. They set everything up for my mother with her new wheelchair, and walked her through everything. The technician, Tyler Adams, was great. He was extremely polite and professional. He answered all of our questions, and made sure that everything on mom’s wheelchair was adjusted perfectly for her. Dan, the guy that got her measurements for the chair was wonderful as well. Excellent customer service and very easy to work with. The reason they didn't get a 5 star review is because the person who delivered my chair was very rude, didn't want to use their portable ramp to get the chair in the house after we had only one day notice of delivery. He also ran through how the chair operated so fast and didn't make sure I knew how to operate it completely. He seemed like he was ready to be gone from my house and didn't want to do his job.
From the day of my appointment to delivery took less than two months. The entire team was very compassionate, understanding, and communicate communicated through throughout the entire way. Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff assisted me in obtaining my new wheelchair. Needing a wheelchair is a life changing event and Rehab Medical made the adjustment a lot easier.
Every time I get a new chair from them they make sure it's comfortable for me and that I know the ins and outs of them before they leave.
