Zero Stars. Employees are extremely rude. My mother-in-law passed away in June and we have been trying for 2 months to get them to pick this scooter up. They’ve scheduled several times once they showed up 2 days early with no call and just left a note saying sorry we missed you and the other 2 times they never showed. We live in Utah. It’s a huge inconvenience to try and arrange for someone to spend an entire day waiting when they never show up. If I could I would give them a zero STAR!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NOT NICE AT ALL VERY RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION. Been a year trying to get my back wheel fixed been worked on multiple times last time tech left with parts said he would return complete the job now the entire swing arm is about to fall off.John other tech came botched the front wheel up was not to touch the front wheel assembly at all.Achie came fixed it and worked on the back wheel assembly several times last time took parts with said he would be back no sign. Rehab Medical was Great!! They made sure they measured me accurately so that I would receive the correct chair width and height. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND, when it comes to the insurance company in getting it approved! THEY DID NOT GIVE UP THE FIGHT!!! THANK YOU REHAB MEDICAL
