Didn’t measure the chair right, we’ve had nothing but problems trying to get her wheelchair done right. At first she couldn’t even reach the floor the last time they came they got it so her feet could vaguely touch the ground, but her the feet things would drag the floor, on one side of her wheelchair her brakes was hanging on by thread. Everyone was very professional from beginning to end, in particular Ferious, who was very flexible and worked with us time wise. Additionally, he did an exceptional job explaining all the features of the chair and was thorough in explaining the warranty and customer service process. The entire process was a joy.
Cedrick was a pleasure working with me. He is nice and friendly. Explained and answered any questions I had. He made the repairs to to my chair and left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend
The technician Andrew came to service my wheelchair and was so nice and professional. Very comfortable person to be around. I'd recommend this company for their medical equipment care!
Andrew and Cedric were absolutely amazing. They delivered my wheel chair and were very patient with explaining how everything worked. These gentleman represented the company with EXCELLENCE!!
