I would never use this company again. They ordered me a custom wheelchair and after 3 months, I am still unable to use it. The cushion is 5inches tall and I am unable to transfer. I thought the guy who measured was a professional. Now...all I get is the runaround since they have received payment from Medicare and I have been making payments myself. I will notify Medicare and let them know since I am getting nowhere with Rehab Medical. As of today....still waiting on a cushion or response from them!
Rehab medical made a long process of ordering a scooter to be covered by insurance , very painless and easy. I use oxygen 24/7 and today rehab medical delivered my scooter and my freedom..
The tech that came out today was very Knowledgeable , caring and understanding he explained everything to where I could understand it all and what he was doing I would recommend Rehab Medical Of Nashville to my family/ friends. It was very easy to get a Tech to come out someday visit.
Clinicians, patients and providers beware! I am a physical therapist who specializes in geriatrics and have been in the healthcare space for over 12 years. This company is dangerous and looking for profits. I’ve had multiple encounters with them where the patient is appropriate for very specific types of chairs and they will use sales reps to manipulate patients and/or family into opting for devices which are more profitable for them.
