Everyone was very professional from beginning to end, in particular Ferious, who was very flexible and worked with us time wise. Additionally, he did an exceptional job explaining all the features of the chair and was thorough in explaining the warranty and customer service process. The entire process was a joy.
Cedrick was a pleasure working with me. He is nice and friendly. Explained and answered any questions I had. He made the repairs to to my chair and left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend

My new wheelchair delivered today. The all-around experience from the first phone call to someone coming to my house to do all the measurements and choice of color of new wheelchair to delivering today has been a wonderful experience. Every person I have talked to on the phone to Andrew delivering my chair was so friendly and professional.
