The tech that came out today was very Knowledgeable , caring and understanding he explained everything to where I could understand it all and what he was doing I would recommend Rehab Medical Of Nashville to my family/ friends. It was very easy to get a Tech to come out someday visit.

This company is dangerous and looking for profits. I received a power chair from rehab medical the chair is 4 months old and the joystick assembly has fallen off twice and told the arm pads are not covered but I can get them to understand the difference between the bracketry and a arm rest. Also Friday one of the trolly wheels failed the tire split and came off the rim again 4 months old and the defective tire isn't covered by warranty. So I'm told.
