Excellent service & communication! Our mom received a power wheelchair recently and we are thankful the process so far has been fast in getting her a great wheelchair to enhance her daily activities.Jaylin called to ensure we had all items needed for billing and Ferious delivered and they were both excellent!
Christopher Burran done an outstanding job!! Communicated very well prior to arrival, showed up at the time he stated, took time to explain to us how the chair worked, and all the features of it. He ensured the chair would fit between doors as it should and extremely patient with my 85 year old mother. Awesome job Christopher!! Thank you for being a great human being!!
There two words that describes this company and the people that I have met and worked with. Totally Awesome. It was a pleasure to work with them. They showed up when they said, did what they saw they would plus they didn’t hound you about money. I made some great friends and I totally recommend them for what ever you need. Ever since my partner received his Power chair we were told if anything was to go wrong with it, it would be covered under the insurance for a year. Well a couple of weeks ago his arm rest pads came off and I called to see if they can fix them was told we had to pay for it. I was told by a different person that it would be covered. Some I e is not telling the truth. Also I don't believe he was measured right because he had damaged our apartment door frames now I will have to pay the damage done to it.
