I received a power chair from rehab medical the chair is 4 months old and the joystick assembly has fallen off twice and told the arm pads are not covered but I can get them to understand the difference between the bracketry and a arm rest. Also Friday one of the trolly wheels failed the tire split and came off the rim again 4 months old and the defective tire isn't covered by warranty. So I'm told. I am a home health clinician who has been using this company over the past few years to acquire clients custom chairs per their needs. The first year they were great, this year has been terrible. Multiple clients with incorrect chairs delivered, no communication or training on chairs, absolutely no customer service after the chair is delivered.
