Connor at Rehab Medical was extremely helpful and professional. He made the whole wheelchair process simple and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all questions were answered. Great customer service and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

German was very helpful and solved the problem with my power chair right away. He was knowledgeable about it and checked the battery and its parts to make sure it was all working properly. And afterwards he explained in a way I could understand why it was not working properly before and how I can prevent it from happening in the future. He was very polite and I would recommend him to help any customer.
German delivered my much needed shower bench today and he was great. He called me and let me he was on his way and gave his ETA, very professional, courteous, worked very quickly but made sure everything was working for me, instructed me on how to use the sliding seat transfer bench. Respectful and proficient. He is definitely an excellent representative for Rehab Medical which suppliesost of my medical supplies.
I honestly cant even express how thankful, and greatful i am for the tech person that comes to my home to fix my power wheelchair. And every time he comes it is with upmost respect towards me and my home. He is sweet, kind, sooo thourough /extremely careful, detailed, accurate, he always ensures that nothing is forgotten or left incomplete. Who am i talking about you ask...
