Connor at Rehab Medical was extremely helpful and professional. He made the whole wheelchair process simple and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all questions were answered. Great customer service and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
German delivered my much needed shower bench today and he was great. He called me and let me he was on his way and gave his ETA, very professional, courteous, worked very quickly but made sure everything was working for me, instructed me on how to use the sliding seat transfer bench. Respectful and proficient. He is definitely an excellent representative for Rehab Medical which suppliesost of my medical supplies.
I have had the BEST experience with Rehab Medical. I had waited over a year for a new chair from another company and when the chair finally arrived, it was nothing Like what I had picked out. It only took four months for me to get my new chair with Rehab!! And it was exactly what we talked about! Heath and Preston have been absolutely wonderful at listening to my needs and helping with minor adjustments so I will feel my best in my new chair!!!
I would like to Thank Connor Howse, for his expertise and professionalism regarding My Victory Pride 10 mobility scooter! This Young Man diligently and skillfully figured out exactly what the issue was, ordered the part which caused Connor to have to basically disassemble the entire thing (twice). He even gave it a test drive to ensure everything was fully functional and up to par before departure.
