The representatives are very courteous and helpful. The delivery man he goes above and beyond with his service. He brought my mobility chair inside with ease, he was polite and very friendly and answered all questions and explained what features it has and how to use them. I test drove my mobility chair around the house and he offered suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and his service was excellent.
Tim was very nice and knowledgeable and helped me get started in my first electric wheelchair. And the people are all nice and friendly.

Kasey in the office was always very sweet to talk to. From the person who measured me to the sales rep and tech everyone was professional. They kept me updated thru the whole process calling often and always answering questions. I was an all cash purchase so they weren’t used to dealing with that but everything went very smooth. Highly recommend 10/10
