I have had the BEST experience with Rehab Medical. I had waited over a year for a new chair from another company and when the chair finally arrived, it was nothing Like what I had picked out. It only took four months for me to get my new chair with Rehab!! And it was exactly what we talked about! Heath and Preston have been absolutely wonderful at listening to my needs and helping with minor adjustments so I will feel my best in my new chair!!!
Connor at Rehab Medical was extremely helpful and professional. He made the whole wheelchair process simple and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all questions were answered. Great customer service and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
The salesman was very knowledgeable and communicated everything well. He even explained what was going to be done and why at every stage of the process. I always felt like everyone I dealt with wanted me to have this chair, and that was a very good feeling.
The Technician that fix my chair was very respectful and very professional, He also explained everything and kept me up to date on my chair. German was very helpful and solved the problem with my power chair right away. He was knowledgeable about it and checked the battery and its parts to make sure it was all working properly. And afterwards he explained in a way I could understand why it was not working properly before and how I can prevent it from happening in the future. He was very polite and I would recommend him to help any customer.
