They are generally quick to come to your home if there is a problem. You can't have the chair tilted to any degree and move forward. When i sit straight up, the pressure on my hips is almost unbearable and so I don't use it to go to the park two blocks away. I wish it could be tilted just a tad, because I have trouble with the foot rest dragging. No Stars, The worst Company Ever, My Brother, Ernest never got a Power Chair because They are not together there, DUMB COMPANY!!!!😡
Had nothing but a positive experience from them. They were very thorough and helpful getting my chair. The wait time was very minimal.
