No Stars, The worst Company Ever, My Brother, Ernest never got a Power Chair because They are not together there, DUMB COMPANY!!!!😡
Had nothing but a positive experience from them. They were very thorough and helpful getting my chair. The wait time was very minimal.
They are generally quick to come to your home if there is a problem. You can't have the chair tilted to any degree and move forward. When i sit straight up, the pressure on my hips is almost unbearable and so I don't use it to go to the park two blocks away. I wish it could be tilted just a tad, because I have trouble with the foot rest dragging. I wish it came with a how-to manual because I forget how to do something between being shown and needing to do that maneuver . It's very well made, I just wish it would fi... read more
