I have a 40k power chair from this company and I can't even use the chair because not keep cutting off, it even cut off on me in middle of street where I could have gotten hit by a car. It has cut off on me in the rain and the chair is unsafe. Here's the best part I have not had the chair a good 90 days yet and I'm having problems with my 40k power wheelchair. THIS COMPANY REALLY SUCKS!!!
Quick delivery on complex rehab chairs. One for my Wife and one for me. Modifications for my chair are rather simple and were implemented quickly except for a couple of items. My wife’s condition is more complicated. They are still working on modifying her chair to meet her many needs. Service when needed is quick. I would highly recommend them above other suppliers I have used over the past two decades. Give them a try
The technician did not do their job properly. Rehab medical was sent to my house three times to resolve the same issue, and I had to call and check on the process because nobody was communicating with me like they were supposed to.
