I have a 40k power chair from this company and I can't even use the chair because not keep cutting off, it even cut off on me in middle of street where I could have gotten hit by a car. It has cut off on me in the rain and the chair is unsafe. Here's the best part I have not had the chair a good 90 days yet and I'm having problems with my 40k power wheelchair. THIS COMPANY REALLY SUCKS!!!

The technician did not do their job properly. Rehab medical was sent to my house three times to resolve the same issue, and I had to call and check on the process because nobody was communicating with me like they were supposed to.

I had the pleasure of working with rehab medical. They provide great service from start to finish and their employees are amazing . Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with

They are generally quick to come to your home if there is a problem. You can't have the chair tilted to any degree and move forward. When i sit straight up, the pressure on my hips is almost unbearable and so I don't use it to go to the park two blocks away. I wish it could be tilted just a tad, because I have trouble with the foot rest dragging. Training and equipment care explained extremely well. Our second Technician was excellent and knowledgeable.
