Worst company ever. Nobody knows anything or can do anything. Too many reps calling with mixed information. I have been dealing with this company since October 2025 and my mother just received her chair today 1/16/2026 with a 2k balance when she has 2 different policies. I was told just yesterday 1/15/2026 the company is not in network with careplus. Which is crazy because they knew from the beginning that's the policy my mother carries. Communication is really bad with this company.
My name is Andre Johnson, I was issued a electric wheelchair the chair is still in warranty, on 7/7/25, my chair stopped working and the rehab people's been to my house (13) times, and my chair is still not fixed, I'm on oxygen, now it's Thanksgiving time and I still don't have my chair fixed, I live alone, could someone please help me...
I have a 40k power chair from this company and I can't even use the chair because not keep cutting off, it even cut off on me in middle of street where I could have gotten hit by a car. It has cut off on me in the rain and the chair is unsafe. Here's the best part I have not had the chair a good 90 days yet and I'm having problems with my 40k power wheelchair. THIS COMPANY REALLY SUCKS!!!
Quick delivery on complex rehab chairs. One for my Wife and one for me. Service is another matter. Technicians are friendly but need more training and support. My wife’s chair was delivered with a defective switch assembly that moves the seat. After months of repeated talks and service call the part has still not been ordered! It is a factory warranty part. The technician did not do their job properly. Rehab medical was sent to my house three times to resolve the same issue, and I had to call and check on the process because nobody was communicating with me like they were supposed to.
