Do not trust or believe your sales representative. They will lead you toward a wheelchair and make you believe you won't get approved for a scooter. Just say no! If you want a scooter. Contrary to what the rep and PT Solutions led me to believe, my advantage plan approved my scooter. The actual in house sales team were very nice. I find the equipment not to be very user friendly. I am short and the seat is very high. This makes it difficult to get into without a "step on" of some kind. Service tech people are excellent but I find that it is necessary to keep track and follow up. Otherwise one can fall through the cracks on occasion.
Excellent service, parts came quickly and our tech was very professional and not only fixed the issue but found another issue and quickly ordered the part. Very happy with Rehab medical

I’ve acquired powered wheelchair from Rehab Medical less than a month ago. Of importance are the representatives that were instrumental in the process and paperwork. Corey Sheare is very professional, kind and readily answers my endless concerns. He is well knowledge and initiated the process. Next is Dania Samhouri who delivered the item and more than helpful and understood my needs. It’s very obvious she’s committed to the person’s satisfaction.
