This has been my second time and being at Encompass I cannot thank you enough for the help you’ve gave me and so appreciative about your people that are there. I recommend anybody and everybody to go to you even even if we have to go to Athens but I know you’ve opened up a new one in the Loganville Area now so if the Loganville Area has the same service and professionalism that you do in Athens, everything‘s gonna be great again, thanks a lot for everything. There is nothing negative that I can say about Encompass. Lynn, one of my nurses, went beyond herself in taking care of me. The techs always came quickly when my alarm would sound. Everyone did an excellent job. To the therapists—- these people are the best people on earth. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication to help me. And I indeed made it to my trip to Florida. The only one request is a better menu and food services. This was an area that needed improvement.
My husband was a patient after having surgery for a brain infection. He had a great experience there. The physical rehab was very effective. He made amazing progress in 2 weeks. The staff (with rare exception)was excellent. He had some wonderfully kind and attentive nurses and med techs. They respond quickly when the call button is rung. The rehab hospital delivered on what they promised during my tour. It was truly an answer to prayers.
The staff was amazing including Nurses, PT, OT,! The facility is beautiful and clean. I came home walking and able to do everyday life skills. Thanks so much for your care and kindness! Sincerely, Frances (Lynn) Sadowsky
Encompass Rehabilitation is fabulous in each and every facet of care. It is a State of the Art facility and a much needed addition to Athens, Georgia and the surrounding areas. I would like to specifically acknowledge Dr. Patel, the Medical Director; Farrah, at the front desk; Sara, my case manager; Kaylie, the Nursing Supervisor; Macy, my Occupational Therapist; Kendal, Carly and Carlee all of which were my Physical Therapist's.
