I’ve waited several months after my accident to really get a feel for all of the repairs and how the truck runs post. But I’ve gotta say that Darla and Trace here at Reliable took excellent care of my vehicle and the fellas in the back shop had me back on the road in weeks instead of months like I feared. Top notch group of folks over there. Can’t recommend them enough. Really validated my Chevy purchase for me since the truck was still basically new. Thankful to actually receive the service we pay for. Well done guys!
They had my son’s truck for 2 months!! They originally accessed damage and insurance approved them they found additional damage. Insurance dragged their feet to approve. They told us they had to order parts and it would be 10 days. 14 days later they realized they didn’t order additional parts. The lady answering the phone kept telling us it would be ready and finally I had to call Eric. Eric told us that it would be available on Monday and we had to get very stern with the lady in the call center to make sure it was ready ... read more
Horrible experience. Came here with a wrecked car and left with many new issues. Car is currently un-drivable and they will not fix it.
They did an absolutely incredible job for us! We will be going there anytime we need something with our car. It was brand new when we left. We cannot thank you enough!!
Horrible customer service. Eric, the manager is very rude and bows up at people. They had our car since October and they haven't looked at it. Find some place else to take your car for repairs. They want to charge a daily $65 storage for a car they never touched. Moving car to a different location for repairs with better customer service. Deborah is great, very sweet.
