Parts Associate Jeff is very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I ordered an accessory part for my 2020 Chevy Equinox and I was expecting it the next day. Jeff called me about an hour later telling me my part was in. I will definitely continue coming back and I will be telling my friends and family how great my experience was.
We had bought our vehicles a 2017 Silverado and a Maxima the same day we were happy with our purchase. Within 2 weeks the check engine light came on the truck we took it in to have it checked one of the service guys cleared the code said it was the humidity that was making it come on so we left thinking our vehicle was ok.. the 3weeks later the light came on again took the truck back to them they stated our truck needed a evap canister solenoid valve and cost would be 350.00 in NM the law is we have 25 day to report any issu... read more
I just went to pick up the parts I ordered about a couple of weeks ago, and I waited 10 mins, or so. I knocked on the back door, and a guy came out and said, what do you need? I told him I was here to pick up my parts, and he said, hang on. Another guy came out 3 mins later, and I told him is it normal to wait for someone to come out, and he said, yea. Terrible customer service, and I will not come back for any more business here. Joshua L.
Aweful customer service. I bought a car from there and 3 weeks later the check engine light went on, so I took in my car and get a Uber home because they never provide a rental. It took all day for them to figure out what was wrong with my car. They call me right before they closed and told me my car wasn't covered under power train warranty or extented warranty and I had to pay $400 to get it fixed and I would be able to get my car til the next day. It's hard to believe this is the same company after dealing with there service department. I really like the parts department. They have always treated me with respect, and helped me order any parts I've ever wanted. I wish the rest of their business was as good as the parts department. A+ Parts Department!
