A few weeks ago, our truck's transmission failed, so we went to the Chevrolet service center where we had originally bought it at the dealership. When we arrived, Maria Cardona assisted us; from the very start, she understood our situation and helped us every step of the way, providing excellent customer service and resolving the issue. This service department has been fantastic. I have gotten work done on my truck at this location multiple times over several years. They are always prompt, friendly, and quality repairs. This has included warranty powertrain work, collision repair, and simple maintenance part replacement. I always work with service manager Richard T. Ask for him by name and know you will be taken care of.
Thankful for Gary Garner. He got the work needed completed quickly. My wife Tamara and I are very thankful for Reliable Chevrolet and him.
