My wife and I spent two years searching for the right truck at the right price. With today's terrible economy, we had to be patient. I gave up and decided to wait for next year. This dealership would have rated 5 stars for courtesy and service, but, I took off 2 stars out of the 5 because they have now decided to nickel-and-dime their loyal customers by charging a 3% fee on payments by credit card!!!!! I am beyond offended and annoyed by such a greedy policy!!!!! Otherwise, the service was performed in a reasonable amount of time, and the employees were courteous; however, the driver's seat was not adjusted to the way I had had it before. I'm always telling them about that and they don't listen.
They charge you a dealer warranty that states covers to 6 months on day vehicle is purchased for a $1,800+ cost stating they ensure vehicle is serviced & in good driving conditions before leaving dealership which is not the case. It's also a MANDATORY dealer warranty purchase, no option, has issues with vehicle purchased 3 days later not even a week & upon taking it for service what is written in they're dealership warranty plan workers stated it was not covered by warranty & paid out of pocket when I even Literally read wor... read more
Great service and great people. Maria Cardona got my vehicle repaired quicker than expected and communicated daily updates through the process. Highly recommend!
The oil life monitor was not reset to 100% after completing the oil change. I had to reset it myself. Otherwise, you would have received 5 stars.
