This service department has been fantastic. I have gotten work done on my truck at this location multiple times over several years. They are always prompt, friendly, and quality repairs. This has included warranty powertrain work, collision repair, and simple maintenance part replacement. I always work with service manager Richard T. Ask for him by name and know you will be taken care of.
I have been going to this Reliable Chevrolet for the last 20 years. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. I have worked with many service managers, and all of them were nice and helpful. However, the latest one, Lester Jenkins, is the most considerate person I’ve met. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and caring. At the latest service, not only did he make sure my parts were under warranty, but also charged me a reasonable price. I am grateful for him.
Over a period of years, I've bought 6 vehicles from reliable Chevrolet. My last one was a chevy traverse back in 2016 i have brought it in the shop several times cause transmission air conditioner and a few other minor things. A total at least 7 times last time.I brought it to they gave me one of their courtesy vehicles on the way to work, some one had left a rim and tire out in the middle of the road i ran over it and damaged the rims on the car. I’ve had my car serviced a couple times at Reliable Chevrolet by Service Consultant Richard Tucker. He has been extremely helpful. My most recent experience involved several quirky electrical issues. He recommended simply replacing the key fob battery first for $10. It worked and possibly saved me lots of money. Thanks.
I just bought a car from here and had an awesome experience with Madisan Anderson. I definitely gave her a hard time during negotiations, but she stayed patient and helped us land a great deal. I’m extremely satisfied with the whole process—she did a fantastic job!
