They charge you a dealer warranty that states covers to 6 months on day vehicle is purchased for a $1,800+ cost stating they ensure vehicle is serviced & in good driving conditions before leaving dealership which is not the case. I visited the dealership recently and was very disappointed with how I was treated by one of the staff members, . Instead of providing a helpful experience, he openly disrespected Toyota and Lexus, calling the Land Cruiser “shit” and insulting those who appreciate these vehicles. I expected professionalism, not personal opinions or disrespect toward well-respected brands and their fans. This kind of attitude is not acceptable when speaking to customers. Bill Mullen was my service manager and he made the process so much better than expected. He followed through on everything he said and helped with a ride to work, a rental, kept me up to date and was personable and professional. I will 100% recommend Reliable Chevrolet service to anyone.
Went in to buy a 2016 camaro on 06/11/25 my sales guy wasn't there abs I got stuck with a non English speaker that is hard of hearing. Made a deal and got the car on Thursday the 12th. After some rain storms the back seats were filled with water . You can see the pool of water. Then the check engine light comes on. I was told it would take up to a minimum of two to three weeks to fix the problem that turned on the check engine light.
