The service for the most part is outstanding and they charge for it. I took my LS460 for 80k mile service; oil change, tire rotation and new cabin filter. Two days after getting the filter replaced the dummy light is on and the error code is: Cabin Air-filter change required. I'm hopeful a new one is installed. I was told to google how to shut it off by the service department. Not impressed especially given the cost.
I purchased a new 2019 LC and i have to say the car is stunning and amazing!! Our business loves it , its truly a 1st class machine. I want to also mention Miles who does a outstanding job. He is kind and really listens and was able to answer all questions. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
As usual Myles was efficient and courteous. He has taken care of us for over 10 years. A true Professional.
The fuel tank cover on my SUV would not open and I was desperate for fuel. Sara Burkhamer and her service crew easily took care of the problem. Moreover, there was no charge. Is this great customer service or what? You have my business. Great going!!
I took my wife’s rx350 in for a noise we heard in the front end, Myles checked the car in took all the info from me and took the time to explain the whole process. After listening to what I had said he ask if I had a few minutes to talk to his technician. I had plenty of time so we went for a ride and the technician heard exactly what we had been hearing, Myles called me the same day with the problem they had found and told me he was ordering part and it should be ready the next day.
