Horrible! Dont waste your time or your money! **** had a yelling match over the phone with me and ****** in the finance department didnt do any of the paperwork right and had to come in a second time and third time to fix everything! **** was retaliating against me because I made a complaint about his ***** ******! I had to call Nissan corporate to make a formal complaint! What a hassle! If I wouldve known thats what happened. I wouldve taken my business elsewhere.! Shame on you, reliable Nissan!Do better!
WORST car buying experience I have ever had the displeasure of doing!!! My deal was tossed around 6 times to 6 different people not having a clue of what was even going on with the deal. Then I had to schedule my own appointment for the wrap and order my own wrap after they had said its already been scheduled (liars). I got a car a few months ago. Its transmission is already giving out. They refuse to do anything to help me. All they tried to do was sell me another car. I even bought extra warranty and I was told it would be good for ******* miles, after I drive the car off the lot. The car already had almost ****** miles on it.
