Dealer side is a nightmare to work with. They are unfamiliar with what warranties they sell and what they do and do not cover. Finding this out now while sitting at the dealership trying to fix my window. Trying to find someone who is willing to help you if your not buying a car is a wait in itself. No one seems really wanting to help you, bit they are hard on you about buying a vehicle. Find another to buy from. This is only on dealership not service.

I was very pleased with the service I received recently. Due to poor planning on my part, we were in desperate need of crossbars for our Ascent for a trip. I called 10 minutes before the service department closed and the attendant worked to make sure i was taken care of. I wish I could remember his name. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You saved our vacation!!
Really friendly and super knowledgeable, and straight forward. One star less because we wanted to test drive but they were closing. Will go back, and probably purchase! ☺️
