Fast and efficient service. Customer support at the location was informative and always keeping me updated on the status during the service on my car.
Not a terrible experience but disappointing. Shuttle service was great and speed of mileage interval service good. The missing stars are team not fully exploring concern I raised about windshield. The lame excuse about road wear was insulting. In the end, Collision Center (see that review) fixed the issue. Maybe something from factory still on inside glass. They overcharge and lie when you purchase your vehicle. I was told I got one year free tire rotation and oil changes, the service department said it’s only two free changes. They tried to charge me $200 to put a spacer between my dashboards so it wouldn’t make noises. I can get one of these off of Amazon for $20 and do it myself. This has been happening since I purchased the vehicle and they didn’t care, they tried to charge me anyways. They take advantage of people and are way overpriced!
Had an appointment 11:00 for an oil change. Arrived and was told I wasn’t showing on their schedule. Then I was told an 1 1/2 wait to finish service. Was told after an 1 1/2 hours they hadn’t started work. That it would be another 1/2 hour. Nope another hour. Not happy with service or prices. Run away from this trash fire! 🔥
The Reliable service center is a joke! We bought a new 2025 Camry at Reliable and took it into Reliable service center for an oil change at 1000 miles. Told the service advisor who was new I only wanted an oil change and no tire rotation as it only has 1000 miles on the tires. I also told her I will pay for the oil change and not to use the free oil change with Toyota care.
