I gave them a 2nd chance and they failed again. I had a 3 pm appointment for an alignment and to patch a tire. 55 minutes into my appointment I overheard a service advisor speaking to a customer next to me about why her alignment was taking so long, so I asked how many alignment racks they had. They overcharge and lie when you purchase your vehicle. I was told I got one year free tire rotation and oil changes, the service department said it’s only two free changes. They tried to charge me $200 to put a spacer between my dashboards so it wouldn’t make noises. I can get one of these off of Amazon for $20 and do it myself. This has been happening since I purchased the vehicle and they didn’t care, they tried to charge me anyways. They take advantage of people and are way overpriced!
The Reliable service center is a joke! We bought a new 2025 Camry at Reliable and took it into Reliable service center for an oil change at 1000 miles. Told the service advisor who was new I only wanted an oil change and no tire rotation as it only has 1000 miles on the tires. I also told her I will pay for the oil change and not to use the free oil change with Toyota care. I have very bad experience with this dealer. They take 1000$ deposit and promised to help me find a car. Over a one month they don’t even try to do anything and when I request my deposit back nothing happens I can’t have my money back over a month. So don’t give them any money because you never have them back 😥😥😥😥
