A schlock operation is that never immediately available. Does not even respond to emergencies. Overcharges on labor majorly. The plumbers started arguments with my distraught mom, who already bought a $700 toilet from Reliance. I wanted to smack those plumbers. Never “rely” on Reliance!!!

I’ll try and find out who argued with your mother. We had 5 different plumbers at your house 6 different times for the same toilet between December and this past week.
