Loved my experience at Reliant Specialty Infusion center! Everything went so smoothly, was started promptly, and I could tell they were keeping a close eye on me to ensure I was tolerating the infusion well. At the same time, the center has private rooms to relax in during your infusion. Also loved the extra touches of a smart TV, amazing recliner, and snacks/drinks. I’ve been getting infusions for almost 20 years, with various infusion clinics. Hands down: Reliant was the best infusion experience I have ever had. From start to end the staff was friendly, informative, and commutative. I had several issues with my insurance, which had switched this year and they helped me navigate the process.
