Both the sales and installation teams at Andersen were great. After a long day of getting bids from 3 different companies, we went with Andersen because the sales guy Josh was friendly, professional, and didn't come off too salesman-y and pressure us to make a decision right then and there like one of the other companies. We upgraded all 9 windows in our home, and the installation team brought out a few extra guys so that they could get the whole job completed in a day. Overall, the whole process went very smoothly. We were told by the sales rep that the installation would take 5 days, but were then told 3 days. On the day that the crew showed up, they said it would take only one day. Everyone was punctual and polite. We had 18 windows replaced and were very pleased with the work. We were a little disappointed that the heavier frames resulted in slightly smaller windows, but had been warned by the sales rep that this would be the case.

I recently had all the windows in my home replaced by Renewal by Anderson. Joe, Ross K., and Igor stayed late into the evening to finish my windows during a December rain and wind storm that would have had most men closing up and heading home. They were soaking wet and freezing cold and still polite and in good spirits. They wanted to make sure the job was done and my home was warm and secure before they left. From the beginning with our saleinstallers Tony, Vasiley and Kostya we had nothing but a wonderful experience. We had 24 windows and French Doors installed and the process could not have gone smoother. The crew came in on Monday and finished a day ahead of schedule on Thursday. They took exceptional care of covering furniture on the inside and plants and sman Chad to the great team of bushes on the outside. From beginning to end the process was great! All staff we encountered were helpful and knowledgeable. Our sales guy Randy was awesome and so were the installers Terry and Josh. They covered our floors and areas around the windows and cleaned everything up before they left. They also demoed how to use our awesome new windows. It was a stress-free process and we are extremely happy with the results!

The renewal by anderson crew (Ismael and Chino) were very professional. They installed the door and cleaned up the site so you would not know they had been there. The insallation procedure was very detailed as to the opening being square and weather proofed. Ismael explained each step as they went along. I was also impresses with the quality of the door they installed.
