These people come banging on my door like they’re a police or something and that once but like three times just aggressive and very loud. The service is wounderful the management was great an the delivery guys were fantastic I would tell anyone to use rent a center at chimney hill an the lady at the counter was really nice
Would have kept everything . Pushy sales. poor management. Only good experience was the professional deliver drivers.set up was fast,clean! Hopefully the management will reward them but unfortunately doubtful.
First of all DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I completed my and uploaded documents then did 2 more times after that only for them to deliver the wrong product.Then I get the run around about them trying to find the correct connections No Phone Call No Text...I had to call them was placed on hold for 15mins and they still haven't gotten the order together.The only thing he could say is, I'LL GIVE YOU A REFUND UNTIL WE GET IT TOGETHER!!🙄HOW PROFESSIONAL...
Ive never missed a single payment on my furniture, there was a misunderstanding and genuine mistake with my payment not pulling out this time around. I received no phone calls giving me a heads up, just someone on my porch ready to take my things away unless I paid TODAY. I’m a mother of two toddlers, payday is in 5 days and JAMES knowingly took the last of my money (for formula and baby food) or they’d take everything from me, despite being able to make up for it in just a few days.
