RecommendedSome of you may know Lucas Chesnut was purchasing a couch (delivered just 3 days before he passed). We all knew about the couch because he was so proud of it he was sending us all pics and asking his dad to come see it. Needless to say we have brought that boujee couch to our house. We had to call Alton Renta Center to explain. We were met with immediate kindness by Jordan and Kate. They offered to move it for us. They came to the house and set it up for us. I got a washer 3 weeks ago and tried many different settings,temps and amount of clothing but it’s still comes out dirty. I tried calling and they said there’s a filter replacement that can be changed but it would be 2-3 days till it comes. Which was ok but then no show or call. When I called after 3 days they said they would get back to me and over 24 hours later still no word. Getting very impatient with this place.
