There are two handicap parking spaces in front of the store, but one is consistently occupied by a Rent-A-Center box truck during business hours. As a lower-leg amputee who uses a wheelchair, I rely on these spaces to safely enter and exit my vehicle using side access. The parking lot is often busy, and if someone parks beside me while I’m shopping, it can become difficult—or even impossible—for me to get back into my car.
