There are two handicap parking spaces in front of the store, but one is consistently occupied by a Rent-A-Center box truck during business hours. As a lower-leg amputee who uses a wheelchair, I rely on these spaces to safely enter and exit my vehicle using side access. The parking lot is often busy, and if someone parks beside me while I’m shopping, it can become difficult—or even impossible—for me to get back into my car. The worst manager and staff I have ever experienced. Make sure nothing happens to you because they will be extremely mean and cold and scream at you or even your family if they call for you. Very very very mean people. Definitely miss the old manager she was a lot nicer. Don't go here.
Placed order with Mike over the phone. No problems whatsoever. Piece of cake! On day of delivery I had to go to emergency room. Tony was very nice to reschedule for another day. Everybody very nice and very professional. So glad I got my recliner! So comfy. Would highly recommend them.
THIS IS NOT MY FIRST PROBLEM WITH THIS SHOP! After spending quite a while on this post it became too long so here is a condensed version. I purchased my tires and had oil changes many times at this shop. Some of their techs are completed incompetent. I requested and oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I used do this this all myself but am too busy anymore. I rotate my tires every oil change (7500 miles with synthetic oil).
