Customer service is very poor. Management talks down to you unfortunately and They won’t charge your account and charge you a late fee my bank and routing number is linked to my account But the manager said my payment was never received lies I wouldn’t recommend leasing from them.

Once upon a time I had a bad history with RAC and when I really needed it I could not get approved even with them but after a thorough look at my application and entirely different circumstances years later and checking references Doug gave me a chance (on auto pay) and I was able to fill my house with the furniture I needed. We ended up paying off a living room set, dining room set, bedroom set, and a washer and dryer set early.
