First, I want to start off by saying that Penny is very unprofessional, degrading of her customers, and rude!! There have been several encounters where Penny has spoken and acted in a dispiteful manner. As we all know life happens; there was a personal matter in my household where I got into a total loss accident and miscarried my child and was not able to make my payments on time. Quick and Easy Service the guys was great and took care of the installation highly recommend to anybody for great customer care
Bad experience with them. Penny so unprofessional. If you're leasing to own I would not do so. Trying to get it paid off is so horrible. They take so much money from you instead of towards the principal. If you pay extra towards your payment to attempt to pay off sooner they pretty much taking that money, it's really no point. I love this store! The manager Penny is wonderful she helped me get my stuff the same day. I’ve used other companies before but so far this has been my best experience.
Great options to choose and prices. Veronica is amazing!! she will help you and give you options. I highly recommend her, she is very helpful, patience and professional.
