Easy to work with The on-site manager was very helpful and easy to work with. I was also able to use a promotion for the 1st month free. After starting the move, I was able to secure another unit online after hours and move into it the same night.
thank you for everything thanks everybody was nice and helpful
Great Storage Space Great guy who runs this facility. Nice friendly affordable and clean. Couldn't ask for any better.
Rick is the consummate Customer Service Rep From the moment I stepped inside the door Rick made me feel welcome and taken care of until the conclusion of our transaction, even going above and beyond by escorting me to my storage unit. He was very clear and concise when explaining policies and procedures concerning the property. I appreciate Rick’s genuine shoot straight from the hip style🤗
Easy to rent Chris made it easy to lease a unit. Outstanding customer service!
We did not have any problems at all. We did not understand the "choice" fee; was not expecting that. However we will be asking the manager in a day or two when we go to the storage unit to explain the fee.
Good facility, but overpriced. The live-in manager of this facility was great to work with! You can tell he really cares about his customers. My only complaint is that $70 a month for a 5X10 non-climate controlled unit is too much money. Yes, I am sure it is competitive with other facilities, but it just shouldn't cost that much!
