Bob in Rochester was incredibly helpful for my move-in. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot) about the rental property and kept me well informed of what I needed for the move in process to go smoothly. He even answered outside of work hours.
Bob ******is a great example of someone who knows right and wrong. When we worked with Bob to lease a property we ran into an issue with the property owner. Bob advocated for us because he knew something needed to be said. While we did not get to lease the property we had hoped, Bob helped us find another property with similar traits we were looking for.
