Terrible service. I have been using them for about 5 years and for the first 3 years it worked out pretty good. after that their fees increased their service got worse. Worse is a nice way to put it. They have made so many mistakes and they don't know how to take care of customers. They don't return phone calls especially from supervisors. they will not allow you to speak to supervisors no matter how many times you ask. They lie a lot to cover up their mistakes.
