Philip Hamilton was fantastic through the process of helping me and my gf find /tour/lease a rental property. Awesome communication and he really went out of his way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible! I was helped by Philip Hamilton. Throughout the entire process he was extrememly responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions with little to no time. I unfortunately had an issue with my AC unit shortly after move in, Renters Warehouse dispatched a tech within 24 hours! The tech was a hoot to talk with as well. This company takes care of its tenets, and I am happy to say I am a customer!
