A few days ago, one of my tenants called to let me know there was an electrical issue at the house. When I checked it out, I saw that a heavy dining room light had somehow come loose from the ceiling, and was hanging by electrical wires that were an obvious fire risk. Never rent a house here, in winter the water heater or heater breaks, in summer the air conditioner breaks. They will make you wait from 10 days to 2 months to fix it for you. And they will not return your deposit. Terrible services. Be careful.
I've been working with and referring clients to them for years. Renters Warehouse is a great choice in Southeast Michigan for property management. I've heard many horror stories from owners around the world about other managers, but I've heard none of that about Renters Warehouse. All positive reviews seem to be posted by their clients and business partners. The negative reviews I see here are from past tenants or applicants who simply looked for someone to blame. Keep doing a great job RW!
This is the WORST COMPANY to rent from ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. From the very beginning they do not address problems, return calls, etc. Went DAYS without AC while I was 9 months pregnant, had raw sewage floor our hallway (again, while I was 9 months pregnant), multiple times had sewage coming out of the toilets, sinks, and bathtub.
