Slumlords is an understatement! This is by far the worst landlord I've ever had to deal with. To get basic maintenance fixed you'll have to go through the courts. They only take your money but don't invest into the property. I lived there for 3 years and had multiple issues with my door not opening or closing properly which I had to get the city involved to get it repaired to working order. Atlantic Loft is the last company that you want to rent from. My experience with them was embarrassing at best. SLUM LORDS! Absolutely horrible company. They advertised luxury apartments and was filthy day I was supposed to move in. They had not even cleaned the toilet from previous tenant, no shower head, walls stained and with holes, lights did not work, stove top still dirty, etc. I had to postpone move in for them to get the apartment ready and a week later was still dirty even after numerous calls and emails.
