A name popped up in my email for the 4th project I've put on the plate in the last couple of months. The name was Zam Torres, an employee that Renter's Warehouse is incredibly lucky to have. The projects? Each was rental property repair, maintenance, or upgrades. I am tight on budgets, I tend to ask endless questions about each project, and I want the work to be done perfectly. Horrible experience, I would give it a negative star if I could. Leaky window, not fixed for 6 months. Rats, mice, Asian beetles, and carpenter ants, not to mention poorly maintained. Refrigerator broken, door fell off and replacement fridge had mold and mice poop in it. 4 hours to bleach it and the damm thing didn't even work. All my food had to be tossed. No compensation for my loss. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! YOUR BETTER OFF TO PITCH A TENT!
I've had two separate encounters with Renters Warehouse, one as a landlord in the Twin Cities three years ago, and now more recently (last week) as a rental applicant with the Western Wisconsin and both experiences have been poor specifically regarding their poor communication.
