I was looking to rent a home in the Minnesota/Wisconsin area, and was able to work with Melanie Holzbauer. Renter's Warehouse has managed one of my properties for almost a year. I am very happy with their matching me with good tenants, all aspects of their management and maintenance, and I prefer their tax information to that from other property management companies. While some applicants (tenants) might get frustrated with the process, I think Renters Warehouse runs the property like an owner would. I would highly recommend their services to other property owners.

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR RENTAL MANAGEMENT!!! I attempted to reach out and submitted an application for a rental home and I just did not receive any real follow up to a simple question. I attempted to call one of the agents and the voice mailbox was full which is telling. I did receive one short email response with no real information but it took me to follow up again to get an answer that my application was not processed or moved forward at all in a week's time.
