"Tenant not responsible for the painting of all walls. Consideration given on length of time/use during occupancy.... $686.70" all for normal wear and tear paint. Literally a spotless home and after 18 months im being charged $686.70 for paint touch ups.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of response and care from this property management. For months, I have been dealing with a sewer smell in my home, ongoing water leaks, now resulting on mold issue all of which are serious health and safety concerns. I have reported these problems multiple times and have received little to no answers, no clear timeline, and no real action or solution.
