"Tenant not responsible for the painting of all walls. Consideration given on length of time/use during occupancy.... $686.70" all for normal wear and tear paint. Literally a spotless home and after 18 months im being charged $686.70 for paint touch ups.
I am beyond frustrated with the lack of response and care from this property management. For months, I have been dealing with a sewer smell in my home, ongoing water leaks, now resulting on mold issue all of which are serious health and safety concerns. I have reported these problems multiple times and have received little to no answers, no clear timeline, and no real action or solution. He has been very informative, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. After renting from a few companies the last few years in Indy as a student at IUPUI, RENU management was a refreshing change of pace. We were approved quickly, and were able to move in easily without a hitch. The home we moved into was beautifully maintained and meticulously cleaned. Amber has been so amazing! She was informative, responsive, energetic and helpful. She made the whole experience so easy and simple. She was accommodating and answer all 100 qestions I had. I absolutely love my new home and would definitely recommend going through Renu.
