Edit: he called asking why I left this review. So I explained again to him. To which his reply was “there’s something else wrong with the phone” which Apple has already diagnosed. And there is not. It’s the cheap horrible aftermarket screen. He said the get a refund I would have to ship him the screen back? Horrible way to conduct business. His aftermarket screen probably cost less than $100. And was charged 270. So? Was in town visiting family. Dropped my phone on some rocks which damaged the LED and wouldn’t work anymore.... read more
Walked in from the street after seeing the Repair sign. I was greeted by Andreas. I had a problem my iPhone (not charging). He fixed it promptly, and did not charge me, as he said it was a quick fix. I tipped him $5.00 for a coffee. I will recommend, and use Repair for all my future repair work. Thanks Andreas.
Excellent service and friendly advice. Been there a few times with good results. Today he diagnosed my problem. I need a Levona part that he doesn't carry. No charge to help me
My son dropped his iPad by accident and was very upset that the screen broke. Brought it in to Repair express at 9AM and it was ready for pickup by 2PM.
