These Guys are a good people! My computer was in for repair when the flood happened. My computer was damaged and they got me a brand new better than the one i had no charge like they said they would. I have dealt with the other places in town and this is the Best Repair shop in Vernon Hands Down. Thank You Guys!

Awesome customer service! I brought my daughter’s iPad in for a small repair during unfortunate circumstances for this business. Due to a flood in the back they were packing up all of their stuff to move out for 6-8 weeks while the restoration company deals with it. All the tools were packed and they in fact weren’t even open BUT still took the time to fix her device. Thank you so much! Hopefully they are back up and running soon.

Fantastic service! Was having trouble downloading onto a flash drive from my IPad Popped in and in no time I was on my way😊. Problem solved Service with a smile despite having to close the shop after I left because of flooding in the back of the store🌸. Highly recommend 🌸 And he didn’t charge me either😊😊

Always excellent service! I took my Nitro Laptop in when it started to not charge properly, he was very knowledgeable about the laptop and it's issues, even though it's a older model. He kept me updated on the progress and spent hours digging through his stock laptops just to find the part we needed! If me or my husband have any problems with our phones or computers, he's always the guy we call.

Twice in the past three years I have taken different phones to this location and both times the phone was repaired within minutes. The second time was extra impressive; the store had been flooded recently and was under siege, but Bernardo fixed the phone at once.
