He was very thorough and knowledgeable of the property, and made me feel at home. Had the pleasure of meeting Chesney, very kind as well. Thank you all for a great experience.
We had a wonderful experience at The Residences at Southlake! Chesney the GM gave us such a warm welcome, and Shannon and his concierge, Tiffany, were right there to open the doors for us as we arrived. It’s the friendly, attentive staff that truly makes this place stand out.
