Im so grateful from the bottom of my heart for Carmen! She is so compassionate, caring, and understanding. She has helped me tremendously to be able to process my pain and childhood trauma. I've been able to heal and grow.. but its always a process... a process im thankful Carmen is guiding me through. She's amazing! "Sometimes you're somebody's prayer" 🙏 and she definitely is.
I honestly can't recommend Carmen and her team enough. Carmen is incredibly kind and compassionate, and she truly listens without judgment. She's patient and has a way of making tough, uncomfortable conversations feel easier. If you're looking for a practice that genuinely cares and makes you feel safe and understood, Carmen and her team are a fantastic choice.

I’ve been seeing Carmen for a few months now and she’s more than I could ever ask for in a therapist. Attentive, compassionate and understanding are just a few words I would use to describe her. Her positive energy is contagious and I feel rejuvenated after every one of our sessions. If you’re looking for a therapist that will listen without judgement and encourage you to be the best version of yourself, Carmen is your girl!
