After much prayer and trying to find a long term facility for my sister in law. We deceived to go with The Resort’s of Pooler after looking them up on google and seeing the reviews was not what we wanted, but everyone have an opinion ( good or bad). I can say that once we got there things was way better than the reviews. I’m going to begin with a sincere apology to the Resorts at Pooler for my misguided initial opinions during my mother’s first weekend at your facility. The Resorts at Pooler is an exceptionally well run, clean, religiously maintained nursing and rehabilitation facility. This facility is far from a Resort. The staff sent my mother out to dialysis with a night gown and sweater on . This particular Tuesday was one of the coldest because it snowed on this day. My mother fell out of bed 2:05 am and I was not notified until 11:38 am. Two days my mother was sent to the emergency room for dialysis because staff could not get transportation scheduled properly .
