Technician was very straightforward and honest through the whole installation and set up. Super nice and helpful support from scheduling, checking on what time because I forgot, and coming out. Our tech was super considerate while we had our kiddos down for a nap. No run around, warned us of any and all known issues and fixes.

My technician Steven Prichard was a joy. So helpful. Explained everything in depth. He fixed a bunch of cables the old company left behind. The speed is great! Super reliable! We have internet for the farmstand! No more buffering! Wonderful young man!

Tim was very knowledgeable & takes care of business. Very pleasant, mannerly, & respectful young man. My daughter &I had a great visit with him. You need to give him a raise $$ & keep him on board ! Send him back anytime ! 👍

Tim and Adrian did an amazing job! They were so very friendly! They not only helped us by upgrading our equipment, but even reduced extra equipment we were using! They were polite and very knowledgeable! Great customer service!

I've heard really great things about resound so I decided to try it out. I am not disappointed at all. I was able to get the equipment installed quickly the next day by Timothy and Andrew! Great job guys by the way! The process was easy and fast. The guys walked me through every part of the process before hand and also during. They double checked with me how everything looked and made sure i was 100% satisfied before leaving. I'm excited to be a resound customer. Thank you!
