We discussed the programs, I also told her that I had an approved letter form *** authorizing me a $30.00 discount on the plan that I choose. She needed a copy of that letter so I explained that She would have to walk me thru the process of forwarding it because of lack of understanding on the computer. We take accusations like this very serious within our organization. We have customers of all ethnic backgrounds and do not discriminate against anyone. When we took the customers DOB it was incorrect and therefore was not able to apply the ACP credit. We reached out several times to the customer to verify his DOB and get this resolved but did not get a call back. We would be happy to get this resolved and get the corrected DOB on file so we could apply the credit for them.

Resound won RDOF funding for the State of Arkansas in the Phase One round, yet has provided ZERO information to consumers in the affected regions of planned rollouts and implementations to systems. The RDOF auction ended on Nov. 25, 2020, and Resound was awarded $310.7 million dollars and has yet to implement a single thing anywhere. Unfortunately we at Resound Networks have not received the final approval from the FCC to begin building internet services out to these locations. We are ready to go and have people in place to start building as soon as we get the final approval from the FCC. We wish we could give you an exact timeline as to when we will be building your specific census block but that is difficult to do without the final approval from the FCC.
