Today on November 21, 2025 I contacted resound I have been having problems all night with my install and minor little technical problems. Their customer service was outstanding. They took care of me from last night until today. Well, I called back today and they sent a technician out his name was Thomas And he did a wonderful job. Julian came out today to install our WiFi, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain each step of the installation process, made sure everything was set up perfectly, and tested the connection thoroughly before leaving. Thanks again, Julian, for the great service! Highly recommend him to anyone needing an installation!
We recently switched to Resound because TWNN basically cut tail and left the installation was great the young man Timothy was our installer had the utmost professionalism he is definitely dedicated did a very good job. He communicated everything well and had us up and going even though there were problems he diligently worked them out now we have much faster internet for less money I wish I had known there service was available here a long time ago
We just got hooked up with Resound today! But, from the first phone call to get set up for service, we had a great experience! Their service is fast and reliable so far. We're happy campers so far!
