Eduardo did very good With fixing my service, he definitely knew what he was doing and dumbed things down for me to understand what was wrong, had no problem figuring all the issues out, and stood out to me compared to the other guys that came out haha great company!
I was just connected, but everyone in the household is very happy with the service. The set up service was professional and friendly. My landlord had many rules for installation and Joe made sure to follow them. I am pleased with Resound so far. Update reconnected after moving. Very happy with DaCarlos. He was professional and provided excellent service despite the house being over 90 degrees. At one point during the installation he had to move his truck, due to an appliance delivery.
