I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos, one of their amazing technicians! He was not only super respectful but also really knowledgeable about the equipment. He came to install everything and completed the job quickly and efficiently, with no issues at all. Overall, it was a great experience!
Fabian did a great job. Even with the on and off again rain, he still held himself with confidence and delivered a sense of calm that we knew we were in good hands. He’s personable and respectful. When Mother Nature allowed him to work, he does it with care and efficiency. He caring about our home and animals. We appreciate his patient and meticulous efforts to get us the best speeds we’ve had since moving to White Deer!
My guy Carlos came by and did an amazing job installing our WiFi. I was a little inconvenient being at work and having someone meet him there, but all in all they were understanding. Together the company did a great job keeping me updated with their ETA and gave me a 30 minute advance before arrival. Carlos did a great job helping explain any questions/ concerns that we had, and helped out a ton. Really went above and beyond 10/10.
Tomas is a great technician for Resound. He did our installation in Freer, Tx and he was very efficient and informative. We highly recommend Tomas! Thanks for getting us back on our feet after all the issues we have had with AT&T over the last few years.
Eduardo is such an excellent installation technician. He did my install in Port Lavaca, Tx. He was super nice and very informative. Shout out to resound for Eduardo I would recommend him to anybody definitely. Job well done. I am also excited for resound for finding me and for the services 🙌🏽
