A very big thank you to Carlos who set up my Resound Internet. He was very polite & explained what he would be doing. It took a little longer than I expected but so far I am pleased with it. I will be streaming my granddaughters college softball game tonight so that will be the real test if my Internet speed has improved.

Carlos a tech with Resound came out yesterday because my Internet wouldn’t work. He is probably one of the best techs I have ever had with any Internet provider. He was very informative and very kind all around!! Thank you Carlos for all of your help!!!

Install was great! And I would know as I have installed multiple private systems as well as maintain a VOiP system of over 200 phones in 16 buildings as well as over a dozen Access Points to handle this system at a Assisted & Independent Living as well as a 32 bed Memory Care (Alzheimer's unit) that I constructed over a 17 yr time period.

Eduardo did very good With fixing my service, he definitely knew what he was doing and dumbed things down for me to understand what was wrong, had no problem figuring all the issues out, and stood out to me compared to the other guys that came out haha great company!
