The customer service lady when I first called was very knowledgeable and worked with my schedule. The installer, Carlos, did an excellent job! Very professional and polite. The install and setup was quick. Great job! Internet speeds are great and reaches everywhere in the house!

I just had my Resound internet installed in Boling. It is very fast for our area and I am very pleased. The technician they sent out to do my install, Carlos, was awesome. He did a wonderful job, made sure everything was absolutely perfect before he left. My parents happened to be here when he came, and they think he is awesome! They really liked him and thought he was great at his job and an all around great guy. Kudos to Carlos for doing a great job!

I recently switched from Hillary to Resound, and the difference has been amazing. The pricing is more affordable, and the service is much faster. Speeds are unreal! Ural, Gregory and Trevor were absolutely accommodating—friendly, efficient, and made the whole transition seamless. Highly recommend
