Amazing customer service. The young tech that came out was super polite and knowledgeable. Did a great job. Internet worked perfectly at higher speeds than anticipated. Would highly recommend.

I was not very satisfied with 1st technician who did the initial installation. When he left we did not have internet on any of devices. After making several calls and 3 hours later 2 different technicians showed up and remedied our issues. Benito and Angel were thorough and professional.

The district engaged Resound Networks to supply high speed internet services for remote operational and office support. The process for securing service, installation, and technical interaction was flawless. The sales and onsite technicians were terrific ambassadors for the company. These folks were professional yet congenial and we enjoyed their company during our time together. We feel as though our business is appreciated and that we are valued customers.

They have been the best and easiest to work with. We have a large building and lots of complicated things to try to mimic and they went above and beyond to help us in every way we needed. We look forward to doing business with them. Yesenia Arroyo and the technicians were all great, helpful, and friendly!

Javier was my installer he was very informative and helpful. Great customer experience . I did feel bad for him being her so late. Poor guy didn’t leave until after 8pm . He made sure everything was working
