Amazing customer service. The young tech that came out was super polite and knowledgeable. Did a great job. Internet worked perfectly at higher speeds than anticipated. Would highly recommend.
Javier was my installer he was very informative and helpful. Great customer experience . I did feel bad for him being her so late. Poor guy didn’t leave until after 8pm . He made sure everything was working
Your techs were on time and did great on the install. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own,, it took forever to update the router.
Called for service, they were there the next day. The installers were very pleasant and professional. They made sure everything was working as it should and answered any questions that I had. The speed, from what I see for just the first day, is much faster than AT&T5G or Verizon's.
