Doing some updates in our commercial kitchen I reached out to them and had a response back right away!!!! New grease lock air filters installed in the kitchen hood amazing difference. Got the total oil management system installed The install techs were on time super professional did a great job on the install and the training on the system 100% satisfied great job James and Joe !!!! Thanks for your help on getting this scheduled Ryan and Josh HIGHLY Recommend their services

Delieved oil to this place. Two entrances to the back dock doors. A little tight but once you are back there, there is room to maneuver. Customer service was good. They were not able to unload me from the dock area but they did manage to get me unloaded quick. Mostly local box trucks deliver here. FYI if you are 53’ trailer you can manage. Parking on Coral St along side the business there.

We are happy to take these reviews down if we can get help for our billing issue. Currently, we are not happy with our services rendered from RTI, as we have been overcharged for oil we did not use.

Accounting is a nightmare to work with. Errors were found for billing for oil, errors amounting to thousands of dollars, with no solution yet for my business. When trying to get this resolved, no one has been able to help. It has been months.
