I had a terrible experience with Restaurant Technologies, specifically with a representative named Mr. Gwynn (or Gwinn – not sure of the spelling, possibly first name Jamay or Jamal). He was shockingly rude and made the entire interaction unnecessarily difficult. I simply asked a few questions, and instead of offering help, he responded with agitation and even made vile, inappropriate comments over the phone. Arrived to make delivery on a Friday and the load wasn't due till Monday .but these fine folks went ahead and took me in anyway. *they unload in bay 14 that is where their hook ups are at.*
